Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Time Management mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Time Management is a mobile application that helps users:

• Track learning time and daily activities through Google Calendar integration
• Set and monitor personal goals
• Visualize progress and achievement through charts and statistics
• Receive notifications and reminders for goal tracking

The App requires a Google account for authentication and access to Google Calendar data.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its systems
• Use the App to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Time Management and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as goal settings and preferences). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing you with the App's services.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication
• Google Calendar API: For accessing your calendar data
• Firebase: For data storage and app functionality

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Time Management and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time
• Change features, functionality, or pricing with reasonable notice
• Terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
